Any member can join us during a PTA Board Meeting. We just ask that you contact our President at and let us know in advance!


Any member can (and is encouraged to) attend the three General Membership Meetings held per school year in the School Library.  The following is the schedule for the 2017-2018 School Year:

 As members of the Maple Hills PTA you decide what the PTA does for our school.  Our members vote on the budget and how it is spent, on what programs we do each year, and elect the Executive Committee.  It is very important that every member’s voice is heard and to do this the PTA holds three General Membership Meetings during the school year.  At these three meetings we attend to regular PTA business, offer special programs on topics important to our members, and have an open discussion time for every member to have the opportunity to express concerns, questions, etc.  We do not ask for money or volunteers at these meetings!  You do not have to be on a committee or volunteer at the school to attend these meetings.  You just need to be a parent or community member of Maple Hills with an interest in the well-being of our students.  Please mark these meetings and topics on your calendar!
